Hey, I’m Bethany!
I'm the Global UX Design Lead for Burton Snowboards and Founder of Verve & Soul Coaching.
I've always been passionate about understanding what humans need to thrive. I love combining my interests in design, usability, technology, and human psychology to support that every day.
Whether leading a data-driven UX strategy on an Agile team, conducting user research, designing a new website feature for burton.com, or helping women break through burnout and chronic stress with somatic coaching through my company, Verve & Soul, I think a lot about what serves people's deeper needs as they go about their day.
We boost our collective impact when we foster an environment of safety and collaboration so we can positively challenge our own growth. I believe this, in part, is what makes me a unique designer and a strong leader.
Outside of work, I spend all the time I can with my son outdoors in Vermont. We snowboard, mountain bike, and overindulge in everything maple-flavored, especially ice cream.
